Standard Policy
A credit card number or gift certificate number is required to secure all appoint­ments. No charges will be made until the time of service.

Timeliness
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, allowing ample time to check-in, shower and prepare for your treatment. Starting your session on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete and unhurried service. So that the next guest is not inconvenienced, appointment duration will be adjusted for late arrivals at full fee.

Spa Reservations 
We recommend scheduling spa appointments prior to your arrival to better accommodate preferred times, services, and therapists. A credit card number or gift certificate number is required at the time you book your treatments to secure your appointment.  

Spa Amenities
All spa services include the use of spa robes, slippers, towels, lockers and showers. We invite you to unwind in our Relaxation Room before and after your spa treatment.

Quiet Environment 
As a courtesy to our guests we request cell phones and PDAs be turned off to ensure a relaxing visit for yourself as well as those around you.  Also, we ask that children under the age of 13 not be brought into the spa.  Please make arrangements for childcare in advance of your appointment.

Valuables
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to leave valuables at home.

Contraindications 
For health and safety reasons, any guest with heart or circulation problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy or any other health issues should consult with a physician before receiving any spa treat­ments.

Cancellation Policy 
If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, the courtesy of 24 hours notice is appreciated. Cancellation of a service with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge. If an appointment is missed with no prior notification, 100% of the treat­ment will be charged.

Gratuity 
We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa and medical professionals in the indus­try. Gratuities are customary for day spa services, and left to the discretion of the guest. Our recom­mended standard gratuity for day spa treatments is 18%-20%. Gratuities are not necessary for med spa services. Gift certificates do not include gratuity unless otherwise indicated.

Gift Certificates 
Customized gift certificates are available both on our web site instantly, and also at the spa via telephone or in person. All gift certificates are non­refundable but fully transferable. Because our gift certificates do not expire, guests will be responsible for any price increases. Gift certificates must be presented at check-in and are not redeemable if lost or stolen.

Product Returns
Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with one of your products, please bring in the unopened product with your receipt within two weeks of the purchase. We will gladly give you a credit towards one of our products or services, or a refund credited back to you in the same method of payment used for purchase.

Payment 
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 service charge. To receive pack­age pricing, payment must be made at the time of the first treatment. If a treatment series is discontin­ued at the request of the guest, treatments received will be charged at the individual price and the unused portion will, at the discretion of Rituals Spa, be credited to the guest’s account.

Prices 
Your copy of our published prices may not be our most current pricing. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

What to Wear 
You may wear whatever is comfortable, but for your security, we advise you to remove all your jewelry prior to arriving at the spa. A robe and sandals will be provided for your treatments. Most spa treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however you may wear whatever is comfortable for you. Our professional staff is trained to drape towels or sheets discreetly to protect your privacy at all times.
